It's a difficult time for live events during the COVID-19 pandemic, as alternative fashion trade show LondonEdge announces the suspension of their Autumn 2020 shows in London & Las Vegas. However, they're looking ahead to welcoming visitors fresh into 2021 for their Spring shows.
Keeping a close eye on proceedings in the run up to what should have been the most eagerly awaited events on the alternative fashion calendar, the LondonEdge team made the decision to postpone their Autumn events.
Despite the various lock down stages worldwide at present, the decision was made not to hold their forthcoming shows this autumn, given the current safety and travel restrictions in place. However, the LondonEdge team are already looking ahead to 2021, as they begin to work on preparations for their Spring and Autumn shows.
Whilst their forthcoming shows may have been cancelled, you can still engage with your favourite alternative companies online through their digital wholesale platform, LondonEdgeNOW. The LondonEdge team have been working on their online platform to provide a multi-brand facility to buyers and sellers.
Their online platform certainly provides a much needed alternative in the current situation, "Four months into this strange new reality and the world is beginning to move forward positively. Excitement and the same positive perspective applies to all at LondonEdge as we move towards 2021 with the determination to approach things anew and deliver fresh ideas at our next shows at a time when we can celebrate meeting again. However, in the meantime, LondonedgeNOW offers our marketplace a virtual platform to meet, buy, sell and source in the absence of live events and it's now ready and waiting for you to register and get involved." says Managing Director, Carole Hunter.
In the meantime, further details about their spring and autumn 2021 will be announced shortly. Visit their site to keep up to date, www.londonedge.com. You can also visit their online wholesale platform and sign up at www.londonedgenow.com.
