New designs at Collectif
Shoes and accessories by Banned

This September saw LondonEdge return to the Business Design Centre, and where better fitting than the home of forward thinking design in London. Continuing on trend from February's show there was a great mix of retro and rockabilly styled designs, amongst the darker new gothic style from the exhibitors.

On the retro side you couldn't move for all the stylish vintage prints, tattoo hearts and swing dresses, from the lavish new selection of pin up heels and cardigans at Banned, to the sixties vibe with Collectif's new Bright and Beautiful label, if you love the vintage look then you certainly won't have been disappointed by the offerings on show.

On the darker side there was plenty to sink your claws into whatever your tastes, from the lush velvets and new geometric prints by Motel, to the occult inspired style at Killstar and Disturbia, and the beautifully gothic lace trimmed designs by Sinister. Firm favourites in gothic style were in abundance, from Alchemy gothic to Phaze and Queen of Darkness, showcasing plenty of stylish attire.

But it wasn't all about lusting over new season designs, with an outstanding line up of events across the show, with insightful seminars discussing the industry, from fashion blogging to e-tailing, alongside a timetable of catwalk shows and even a pop up salon from The pin up academy providing plenty to keep you on your toes during the day.
